FIX AND FLIP LOANS USUALLY HAVE SHORT LOAN TERMS AND HIGHER INTEREST RATES, TYPICALLY RANGING FROM 6 TO 24 MONTHS. THE SHORTER TERMS ARE DESIGNED TO ALIGN WITH THE TIME IT TAKES TO BUY, RENOVATE, AND EITHER SELL THE PROPERTY OR REFINANCE INTO A PERMANENT LOAN.
